Once we receive the quote request we will work up an online quote and email it back to you within 1-2 business days. Once the quote is approved by you, we will get you scheduled for your first cleaning!
We are a fully insured cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. All employees have received a Federal and State background check and drug screening. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know within 24 hours, and we will do our best to put things right.
Don't worry! We have thought about that! You will receive automated text messages and email reminders 5 days and 24 hours prior to your clean and alerts when they are on their way and have completed the cleaning. If something changes you will be contacted directly for approval. The technician will arrive 1-2 hours of the estimated cleaning time. Theirs days change regularly so we ask for your flexibility on the arrival time.
Life is busy! We understand that things come up and you need to reschedule or skip cleans. We ask that you give at least a 24 business hour notice of cancelation so we can fill this spot and we can ensure the technicians have a full work day. WCS does have a cancelation fee of 50% of our scheduled cleaning with less than 24 hours notice.
Pets are the highlight of our day! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
WCS provides all of the cleaning supplies and mop. For allergy and sanitation purposes, we ask that the clients provide the vacuum.
Everyone's preference is different so we leave this up to you! We understand that some wish to meet the technician and some are comfortable leaving a hidden key or garage code. We leave this up to you but you do not need to stay home the for the duration of the cleans.
Please, Please, Please, let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will send someone out to reclean at the earliest availability! We encourage the technicians to take feedback and learn from it. Each technician has a heart to help you and do the very best they can so they ask for feedback!
Most of us can keep up with the general areas like picking up, dishes, laundry etc but the deeper cleaning is where we need help! This is why you called us! In order for us to spend the time on these areas in need we ask that items are put away, floors are picked up to the best of your ability, surfaces are cleaned off and so on. In areas of heavy clutter, our staff will clean around these items.
Due to workers compensation, our cleaning technicians are not permitted to move furniture of than chairs, small ottomans and small items. To ensure these areas are getting attention, we use a Swiffer dusted to dust under in the furniture allows. If you wish for it to be cleaned and someone will be moving the furniture for the technician, please let us know in advance so we can allow for this additional time.
